Fondly known as the “Naukri Man,” Durga Prasad Madasu (DP) is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of executive leadership across the Services, BPO and Corporate sectors — driven by one belief: Create Opportunities. Transform Lives. Build Impact.
From identifying talent in rural South and East India — including youth from economically disadvantaged backgrounds — to creating industry-ready career opportunities, DP has focused on jobs with dignity and pathways to a better future. He has trained over 1.12 lakh youth and enabled employment opportunities for approximately 1,00,000 individuals.
His social initiatives have supported palliative care, HIV-affected children, orphanages, old-age homes, juvenile homes and blind schools — impacting 50,000+ beneficiaries through education, healthcare and confidence-building initiatives. As a member of People for Animals, he also played a key role in establishing Hyderabad’s first-of-its-kind animal crematorium in partnership with the Government of Telangana.
